Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the event. To ensure fairness and clarity, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once this period begins.

  • Substitutions: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event with the substitute attendee’s details.

  • Event Cancellation by Organizers: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the program, registrants will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled event.
